Learning Side by Side with Magpie Minds
Magpie Minds: Learning Side by Side is a free resource for schools and teachers across Australia.

In collaboration with Cool.org, the program brings real-world allyship and anti-racism education into the classroom for school students from Grade 3 to Year 10.

The resources offer an invaluable opportunity for students and educators to engage with first-hand accounts, ensuring the experiences and insights of community members are shared and respected, fostering a deeper understanding of the importance of social change and equality in sport.
The free program includes eight lessons designed for primary school students, and 12 lessons for secondary school level.

Each lesson includes a range of voices, including Collingwood great and current Cultural Development Manager Leon Davis, AFL Captain Darcy Moore, AFL players Isaac Quaynor and Tew Jiath and AFLW players Sabrina Frederick, Nell Morris-Dalton, Kalinda Howarth and Mattea Breed.
