The Collingwood Football Club has once again hosted the Clontarf Foundation’s annual State of Origin Series and All-Australian selection for the third consecutive year.
Through football, the Clontarf Foundation engages over 11,500 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students across Australia and has academies in as many as 160 schools across Western Australia, Victoria, South Australia, New South Wales, Queensland and the Northern Territory.
Each year, the program’s standout participants are invited to compete in the event to showcase their talent on the football field, while also being recognised for their school attendance, leadership and community involvement.
The two-day carnival of football was held at the Collingwood’s spiritual home of Victoria Park and concluded with the All-Australian team selection at the newly instated KGM Centre.

The 2025 State of Origin Series Grand Final was a match filled with rain, hail and shine but Western Australia proved victorious for the second consecutive year.
They defeated Victoria by 24 points, with every participant of the tournament leaving with new experiences and connections.
By combining sport, education and mentorship, the not-for-profit program aims to improve school engagement and positive long-term outcomes for all its participants.
Collingwood was honoured to extend its facilities with the All-Australian team selection held at the KGM Centre, celebrating excellence both on and off the field.
The Club is proud to support the Clontarf Foundation through the Collingwood Football Club Community Foundation's Barrawarn program, which provides pathways for the young First Nations talent.
