Side by Side, with our partners, we lead social and cultural change through football.
We are committed to leading, acting, progressing and inspiring anti-racism, cultural safety, diversity, equity and respect. Empowering all, regardless of background or circumstances, to realise their full potential and ensure they have greater opportunities to feel seen, heard and respected.

The Barrawarn Program oversees partnerships and activities in support of First Nations people.
Through Barrawarn, we celebrate the history and legacy of our First Nations players, staff, members and fans.

Through our Nest for All programs, we aim to provide our community with a sense of hope, pride and belonging. Built on the working class origins and struggles of the Collingwood Football Club's history over generations, we've never forgotten our roots.
